Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the fabric is neatly folded to prevent excessive wrinkling.

Label and Ship

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
